U.S. Zinc's, Zinc Oxide Division, a world-class producer of French Process zinc oxide, is one of the world’s largest producers of zinc oxide and proudly serve all of its markets with our wide range of product offerings. Our broad range of grades includes powder, pellets, granules, surface treated, USP and a variety of surface areas to meet all your zinc oxide needs.

U.S. Zinc is also a world leader in the production of Zinc Dust. The Zinc Dust Division is located in Houston, Texas. This strategic location allows efficient and economical shipment to domestic and international destinations. The operations (with a rated 24,000 tons per annum output) utilize dual furnace technologies of multiple low Electro -Thermal Furnaces and segregated regular Furnaces. These combine to provide the broadest product line in the industry. With sophisticated systems providing particle size and distribution control, U.S. Zinc can satisfy customers' most stringent zinc dust requirements. This includes special additive blends, customized specifications and specialized packaging.
